    • Can I charge my phone at the Martell Noblige Swift Festival?
      Please ensure your phones are fully charged or bring your portable charger.
    • How old do I have to be to attend?
      Admission to the Martell Noblige Swift Festival is strictly for non-Muslims aged 21 and over. Everyone must show a valid government-issued photo ID.
      The only acceptable forms of identification are as follows:
      • Valid identification issued by any country.
      • Valid passport issued by your own country’s government.
    • Will there be ATMs available at the event?
      No. Please bring cash, credit/debit cards or use DuitNow QR as a payment method.
    • Will I be allowed to leave the venue and re-enter?
      You may re-enter the Martell Noblige Swift Festival by presenting your wristband at the entry point.
    • Will there be any food & beverages available for sale?
      Yes, Martell Noblige will be made available as the drink of choice and there will be food options available for purchase at the venue.
    • Will there be First Aid on site at the Martell Noblige Swift Festival?
      There will be ONE (1) medical aid station on standby outside the hall to ensure you’re never too far away from help.
    • Will I be searched upon entry?
      Yes, everyone is subject to search upon entry for the safety of you and other partygoers.
    • What happens if it rains?
      The Martell Noblige Swift Festival is an indoor event.
    • Are bags allowed?
      Only small bags and drawstring bags are allowed.
    • Can I bring my camera?
      Professional cameras and video cameras are not allowed into the Martell Noblige Swift Festival.
    Ticketing
    • Do I have to pay to attend or is a ticket required?
       No, entry is FREE. However, you must register to obtain your QR code here, which you can use to enter the Martell Noblige Swift Festival.
    • Will there be a cap on the number of people attending? 
      Yes, there will be a cap to ensure the safety of everyone. Kindly register your spot early so you do not miss out.
    • What do I do if I have registered but recently gained a Swift Access code?
      You are required to register again via the QR code on the Swift Access code.
    • Will I receive a confirmation email?
      You will receive a confirmation email soon after a successful registration. If you do not (check your spam folder), please get in touch with us at myswiftnights@gmail.com.
    • Will there be QR codes to register at the venue for walk-ins?
      Yes, but the Martell Noblige Swift Festival is a capped event. We recommend registering early to secure your spot.
    Transportation
    • Will there be dedicated parking onsite?
        Yes, you may park your cars at the MINES International Exhibition & Convention Centre car park for a flat rate. If you plan to drink, don’t drive.
    • Will there be a special promo or coupon if I take e-hailing?
      We will provide RM10 Grab Ride vouchers for the Martell Noblige Swift Festival. Enter the promo code "SwiftFestival" when you set Mines International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC) as the pick-up or drop-off. However, this is limited to the first 2,000 redemptions. While stocks last.

    • What items are not allowed in the Martell Noblige Swift Festival?
      No glass, weapon, fireworks, illegal substances, drugs, alcohol, cigarette/tobacco and lasers.

      Please take good care of yourself and help watch out for the people around you. If you see someone needing help, please keep the positive vibes by informing a staff member for assistance. Remember always to drink more water and enjoy Martell responsibly.
